The meat market opened operations in 1959 by our grandfather Gerald Hullopeter for 17 years, and recently by Dean and Barb Morgan as Morgan’s Meat Market for 18 years. Neighbor’s Meats currently owned by Dan Lewer and Bud Olson Established in 2021.

Meet the Owners
- Dan Lewer
- Dan is a 4th generation farmer. He was born and raised in the New Richland Area and graduated from New Richland in 2005. The Lewer's raise cattle and hogs, along with many other farm animals to complete our herd. Dan has worked in the food industry since 2006. He has a lovely wife and 3 children: 2 daughters and 1 son.
- Bud Olson
- Bud is a 6th generation farmer. He was born and raised in New Richland Area and graduated from New Richland in 2002. His family raises cattle and turkeys. Bud has worked in the food industry since 1998. He has 4 children: 3 daughters and 1 son.
